We want you to be happy with what you ordered. Here is exactly how returns and refunds work.
30-day return window
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, the item must be:
- Unused and in the condition you received it.
- In its original packaging, with any tags or labels attached.
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.
How to start a return
Email hello@phatstuff.net with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm the return and send you the return address and any instructions.
Who pays for return shipping
- If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, or ordered the wrong item, you pay the return shipping cost.
- If the return is because of our error, for example the wrong item was sent, the item arrived damaged or defective, or the listing was materially inaccurate, we cover the return shipping cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm it has been received. If approved, we issue your refund to your original payment method within 10 days of receiving the returned item. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us within a reasonable time of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Non-returnable items
Items that have been used, are missing original packaging, or were marked as final sale at the time of purchase cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
EU right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, email hello@phatstuff.net within that period stating that you wish to withdraw. You must then send the item back within 14 days of telling us, and you are responsible for the direct cost of returning it unless we made an error. We will refund you, including standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the returned item or, if earlier, proof that you have sent it back. This EU withdrawal right applies in addition to, and does not replace, the 30-day return window above. [REVIEW]
