Where do you ship from?
Every order ships from US warehouses run by our fulfillment partners. That keeps delivery times inside the US predictable.
How long does shipping take?
Orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day are usually processed the same day. Once it leaves the warehouse, standard US shipping typically takes 2 to 5 business days. That is an estimate, not a guarantee, and it can vary by destination and carrier.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes, on request. If you do not see a shipping option for your country at checkout, email hello@phatstuff.net before ordering and we will confirm the cost. Customs duties and import taxes are set by your own country and are not included in the checkout price.
How do I track my order?
We email you a tracking number and a link as soon as your order ships. If tracking has not shown up within the timeframes above, email us and we will look into it.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. The item needs to be unused, in its original packaging with any tags attached, and you will need your order number.
How do I start a return?
Email hello@phatstuff.net with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with a return address and instructions.
Who pays for return shipping?
If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, return shipping is on you. If the return is our error, the wrong item, a damaged item, or a listing that was materially wrong, we cover it.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to show it on your statement.

What does “passive” mean?
Every product on phatstuff.net is passive. Nothing here plugs into a wall or a battery, and nothing needs charging, ever.
What kind of products do you sell?
Cable ties, engraved cable tags, felt cable sleeves, under-desk cable trays, SD card cases, USB pouches, and laptop stands, the accessories that keep a DJ or creator setup organized.
Are the products tested before you list them?
Yes. We buy a real sample, measure it against the supplier’s claims, and use it for two weeks before it goes on the site. If it does not hold up, we do not list it.
