Here is exactly how shipping works at phatstuff.net.
Where we ship from
Orders ship from US warehouses operated by our fulfillment partners. Most items ship from stock held in the United States, so delivery times stay predictable.
Order cut-off
Orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after that cut-off, or on a weekend or US holiday, are processed the next business day.
US delivery times
Standard US shipping typically takes 2 to 5 business days from the date an order ships, once it leaves the warehouse. This is an estimate, not a guarantee, and can vary by destination and carrier.
International shipping
We currently ship internationally, including to EU countries, on request. If you are outside the United States and do not see a shipping option at checkout for your country, email us at hello@phatstuff.net before ordering and we will confirm whether we can ship to you and what it will cost.
Customs duties, import taxes, and any related fees are the buyer’s responsibility. These are charged by your country’s customs authority, not by us, and are not included in the checkout price. We recommend checking your local import rules before ordering.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number and a link to follow it. If you do not receive tracking information within the timeframes above, contact us and we will look into it.
Delayed or lost shipments
If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimate above, or tracking shows it as lost, email hello@phatstuff.net with your order number and we will help, including a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or misdelivered because of an incorrect address entered by the customer, though we will do what we reasonably can to help redirect a shipment.
